How long will it take to get my order?
Unless an item is labeled "Preorder," we have your design in stock and we will aim to have your order completed within a week or 2.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and disruptions in the supply chain, it has been taking longer than normal for us to receive our blank tees from the manufacturers. We will make every effort to get your order processed and ready for pickup/shipment as quickly as possible. If you've ordered a preorder item, your "RTS" date will be shown on the item, that is the ESTIMATED date the tee will be ready for pickup/shipping.
Local Pickup: We do not have a storefront but allow for porch pick up at our home (SMILE! You're on camera!). Once your tee has been completed we will email you to arrange a pick-up time and provide you with additional pick up instructions. We are located in the Grays Creek area.
Shipping: Once shipped, please allow for up to 2 weeks for arrival of your order. As mentioned, USPS has been more delayed than usual with package delivery. A tracking number will be provided for you to track your order. Signing up for text alerts through USPS may speed up the process! We will not be able to provide a refund or replacement for lost shipments unless you pay for priority shipping at checkout.
